PM POSHAN State,Dist and complex Level Training Programme Instructions

Instructions regarding a state-level training program under the PM POSHAN scheme in Telangana, India for the financial year 2025-26. The instructions are issued by the Director, School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, referencing communication from the PM POSHAN's AWP&B minutes and a letter from the Associate Dean, College of Community Science, Saifabad, Hyderabad.

Key Directives and Information

• Training Program Objective: To conduct training/refresher courses for all Cook-cum-Helpers (CCHs) annually and organize cooking competitions during the financial year 2025-26, as per the directions from the PAB of PM POSHAN.

• Collaboration: The Associate Dean, College of Community Science, Saifabad, Hyderabad, has agreed to conduct one-day training sessions for Head Masters (HMs) and CCHs.

• Target Participants: Two active HMs and two active CCHs (only women from Self-Help Groups) are to be selected from each district.

• Training Dates (State Level): June 3rd and 5th, 2025, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the College of Community Science, Saifabad, Hyderabad.

• DEO Responsibilities:

  • Identify and send details of the selected HMs and CCHs to mdmtq@yahoo.com by 25.05.2025.

  • Request the selected personnel to attend the training.

• Post-Training Implementation: Participants of the state-level training must then train all Complex Head Masters and one CCH from each complex at the district level. These Complex Head Masters in turn will train all HMs in their Complex jurisdiction and one CCH from each school at the Complex Level.

• Training Deadline: All CCHs must be trained before the reopening of schools.

• Exclusion: Head Masters and Cook-cum-Helpers who were already trained during 2024-25 shall not be deputed to State level training.

• Reporting: District Educational Officers (DEOs) are required to develop a program, ensure compliance, and share a report with photos/videos to mdmtq@yahoo.com.

• RJSDSE Oversight: The Regional Joint Directors of School Education (RJDSE), Hyderabad and Warangal, are directed to follow up on the program and visit the venues as per the DEOs' schedule.

The training program is structured across three levels:

1. State Level: (One day)

   • Participants: Two HMs and two CCHs per district

   • Dates:

     • June 3rd, 2025: Mahabubnagar, Narayanapet, Wanaparthy, Nagarkurnool, Nalagonda, Suryapet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy, Medchal Malkajgiri, Sangareddy, Medak, Siddipet, Kamareddy, and Nizamabad Districts

     • June 5th, 2025: Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Hanamkonda, Warangal, Mulugu, Jayashankar Bhupalpalli, Adilabad, Mancherial, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Peddapalli, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Rajanna Sircilla, Jagtial, and Jangaon

   • Content:

     • Forenoon: Standard Operating Procedure

     • Afternoon: Preparation of Menu

2. District Level: (One day, on or before 09.06.2025)

   • Participants: All Complex HMs and one CCH from each complex

   • Content:

     • Forenoon: Standard Operating Procedure

     • Afternoon: Preparation of Menu

3. Complex Level: (One day, 10.06.2025)

   • Participants: All HMs of the complex and one CCH from each school

   • Content:

Memo from the Government of Telangana, specifically from the Director of Government Examinations, addressed to all Heads of Schools presenting pupils for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Exams in June 2025. It concerns the supply of printed nominal rolls and hall tickets for private once-failed candidates for the SSC and OSSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June 2025. The memo outlines several instructions:

Heads of Secondary Schools to be present during the summer vacation

 The circular issued by the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, Rc.No.79/Genl/2025.dated 06.05.2025, instructs all Heads of Secondary Schools, including clerical staff and office subordinates, to be present during the summer vacation for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June 2025, scheduled from 03.06.2025 to 13.06.2025.

              Their presence is required for receiving nominal rolls and fail memos of failed candidates and to remit examination fees.

       District Educational Officers are requested to ensure the availability of necessary staff in schools during the summer vacation and to collect names of personnel requesting prevention. 

Earned leave may be preserved for employees not availing the summer vacation. Additionally, schools with vacant clerical posts are instructed to assign the supplementary exam work to senior teaching staff.

• Required Presence:

  All Head Masters, clerical staff, and office subordinates of secondary schools must be present during the summer vacation for tasks related to the exams, such as receiving nominal rolls and fail memos, and remitting exam fees.

Re - Verification procedure of Valued answer scripts for SSC 2025

 The procedure for re-verification of valued answer scripts for the SSC Public Examinations March 2025. Key instructions.

• Re-verification application forms are available on the official website.
• Candidates must submit the filled form, a copy of their hall ticket, and the prescribed fee to the headmaster.
• Headmasters must verify the application with school records, sign and stamp the documents, and upload the details online on the same day.
• The online system requires headmasters to log in with their existing credentials to access candidate lists and application forms.
• A provision is made in the Board website to all the Headmaster to submit the application details through Online
• The concerned Headmaster can login with their existing Username and Password.
• After submission, an e-challan for fee payment will be generated.
• The deadline for headmasters to receive applications and upload details is May 15, 2025.
• Headmasters must submit all applications and receipts to the DEO by May 17, 2025.
• DEOs will verify applications and confirm them in their login by May 19, 2025, and submit all documents to the DGE office by May 20, 2025.
