The procedure for re-verification of valued answer scripts for the SSC Public Examinations March 2025. Key instructions.
- Re-verification application forms are available on the official website.
- Candidates must submit the filled form, a copy of their hall ticket, and the prescribed fee to the headmaster.
- Headmasters must verify the application with school records, sign and stamp the documents, and upload the details online on the same day.
- The online system requires headmasters to log in with their existing credentials to access candidate lists and application forms.
- A provision is made in the Board website to all the Headmaster to submit the application details through Online
- The concerned Headmaster can login with their existing Username and Password.
- After submission, an e-challan for fee payment will be generated.
- The deadline for headmasters to receive applications and upload details is May 15, 2025.
- Headmasters must submit all applications and receipts to the DEO by May 17, 2025.
- DEOs will verify applications and confirm them in their login by May 19, 2025, and submit all documents to the DGE office by May 20, 2025.
Note
1. The HM shall use the same existing Username i.e., SSC School Code and Password which was used in the SSC Regular Application.
2. Filled in application should be signed by candidate and HM with school stamp.
3. Candidate has to submit filled in Application Form along with web memo and copy of Hall ticket and prescribed fee to the HM Concerned, take acknowledgement.
4. The HM has to upload the application form and generate challan through Cyber treasury and make online payment as prescribed.
5. The HM should submit all the applications along with above relevant documents to the DEO concerned as per schedule.
