Heads of Secondary Schools to be present during the summer vacation

 The circular issued by the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad, Rc.No.79/Genl/2025.dated 06.05.2025, instructs all Heads of Secondary Schools, including clerical staff and office subordinates, to be present during the summer vacation for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June 2025, scheduled from 03.06.2025 to 13.06.2025.

              Their presence is required for receiving nominal rolls and fail memos of failed candidates and to remit examination fees.

       District Educational Officers are requested to ensure the availability of necessary staff in schools during the summer vacation and to collect names of personnel requesting prevention. 

Earned leave may be preserved for employees not availing the summer vacation. Additionally, schools with vacant clerical posts are instructed to assign the supplementary exam work to senior teaching staff.

Exam Schedule:

The supplementary exams are scheduled from June 3 to June 13, 2025.

Staff Presence:

Heads of Schools, clerical staff, and office subordinates must be present during the summer vacation for tasks related to the exams, including receiving nominal rolls and fail memos of failed candidates, and handling examination fees.

Work Allocation:

In schools without a sanctioned clerical post or where the post is vacant, the responsibility for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations work should be assigned to a senior teaching staff member.
