• Exam Schedule:

  The supplementary exams are scheduled from June 3 to June 13, 2025.
• Required Presence:

  All Head Masters, clerical staff, and office subordinates of secondary schools must be present during the summer vacation for tasks related to the exams, such as receiving nominal rolls and fail memos, and remitting exam fees.
• Instructions for District Educational Officers:

  • Ensure that Heads of Secondary Schools and at least one non-teaching staff member are available from the date of SSC April 2025 results release until the reopening of schools.
  • Collect names of personnel needed for school availability during summer vacation.
  • Preserve Earned Leave for employees not availing summer vacation.
• Additional Task:

  In schools without a sanctioned clerical post or if the post is vacant, senior teaching staff should handle the SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations work.
• Recipients:

  The communication is addressed to all District Educational Officers in the State, with copies to the Regional Joint Director of School Education and the Director of Government Examinations, Telangana, Hyderabad.
