Memo from the Government of Telangana, specifically from the Director of Government Examinations, addressed to all Heads of Schools presenting pupils for the SSC Advanced Supplementary Exams in June 2025. It concerns the supply of printed nominal rolls and hall tickets for private once-failed candidates for the SSC and OSSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, June 2025. The memo outlines several instructions:
- Failed candidates' extracts are available in the school login for download and fee acceptance.
- Computerized hall tickets are sent for private once-failed candidates eligible as per the nominal rolls.
- Schools are instructed to issue hall tickets only to fee-paid candidates, allow late fee payments until two days before the exam (with a ₹50 late fee), and furnish a list of candidates with fees remitted after the deadline by May 22, 2025, or with a late fee by June 19, 2025.
- Any corrections to nominal rolls should be based on the School's Admission Register and counter-signed. Corrections to names can only be proposed after rectifying the UDISE portal, with a copy of the correction enclosed.
- It instructs that references to a student's first appearance should include their roll number and year in the printed Nominal Roll (NR) for office verification and computer corrections. Corrections should be made on hall tickets before distribution, and a copy of the printed NR should be kept as an office record. Any corrections must be communicated to the Chief Superintendents of examination centers with a covering letter for prompt action. This ensures accuracy and proper management of exam-related data.
