Sub : Samagra Shiksha - Jayashankar Bhupalpally - Conduct of the 3-Day "In
service Training Integrated Teacher Training Programme for Quality
Learning through Transformative Classroom Practices" for Primary
Teachers (SGT) of Government and Local Body Schools for the Academic
Year 2026-27 under Phase-l Conduct of Mandal level training in two
spells - Issuance of guidelines to all the Mandal Educational Officers in the
district .
All the Mandal Educational Officers in Jayashankar Bhupalpally District are informed that the 3-Day "In-service Training on Integrated Teacher Training Programme for Quality Learning through Transformative Classroom Practices" for Primary Teachers (SGT) working in Government and Local Body
schedule of the training
Schools shall be conduct under Phase-l during the Academic Year 2026-27.

The training shall be organized at the Mandal Level in two spells to ensure that the
academic activities in schools are not adversely affected.
The schedule of the training is as follows:

Spell- 1 50% of SGTS 20.07.2026 to 22.07.2026
Spell- 2. Remaining 50% of SGTS 23.07.2026 to 25.07.2026
All the Mandal Educational Officers in the district follow the above schedule and
instructions:
1. ldentify suitable training venues with adequate infrastructure, seating arrangements. electricity, drinking water, sanitation facilities, and digital teaching facilities.
2. Prepare the list of participating SGTS by dividing them equally into two spells, ensuring that approximately 50% of the teachers attend the first spell and the remaining 50%
attend the second spell.
3. Ensure that all Government and Local Body Schools are adequately staffed during the
training period without disrupting regular classroom teaching.
4. Relieve the selected teachers well in advance to enable them to attend the training
without fail.
5. Ensure 100% attendance of the teachers deputed for each spell.
6. Make necessary arrangements for registration, distribution of training materials,
attendance, documentation, and daily reporting.
7. Ensure that the training sessions are conducted strictly according to the approved
training schedule and modules.
8. Maintain proper attendance registers for participants and resource persons and
preserve all records for future verification.
9. Submit a spell-wise report on the conduct of the training, attendance particulars, photographs, and documentation to this office immediately after completion of each spell.
10. The budget will be released after successful completion of the programme upon submission of the Utilization Certificate (UC), original GST bills and other relevant supporting documents within 10 days of the completion of the training programme and the unit cost details are mentioned in AnneXure.
Therefore, all the Mandal Educational Officers in the district are instructed to conduct the Mandal level training programme in their respective mandals without fail.
