Training Program Details

• Trainings for sanitation persons in both residential and day schools under Samagra Shiksha are to be conducted immediately, as the academic year 2025-26 begins on 12.06.2025.

• A one-day training program will be conducted in cascade mode for Sanitation persons in KGBVs, Model schools & TREIS, Government and ZP Schools.

Training Schedule:

1. State Level:

   • Date: 4th June 2025

   • Venue: Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad

   • Target Institutions: KGBVs, Girls Hostels, TREIS & URSs

   • Participants: Sweepers and one Assistant Nurse Midwife (ANM) from KGBVs (per district from 31 Districts)

   • Focus: Cleaning of Toilets and Bathrooms, Standard Operating Procedure

2. District Level:

   • Date: 5th June 2025

   • Venue: Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad

   • Target Institutions: Government, Local body and Model Schools

   • Participants: 2 Sanitation persons (engaged under School Facility Maintenance grant) and one teacher per district (from 33 districts)

   • Focus: Cleaning and Maintenance of Toilets

3. District Level Training:

   • Date: 6th June 2025

   • **All Sweepers of KGBVs, TREIS, URSs,

4. District Level:

   • Date: 9th June 2025

   • Target Institutions: TREIS & URSs

   • Participants: Sanitation person engaged under Maintenance grant of Girls Hostels.

   • Focus: Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance

5. Mandal/Complex Level:

   • Date: From 10th June 2025 (based on no. of complexes and participants)

   • Target Institutions: Government, Local body and Model Schools

   • Participants: Two Sanitation personnel and one teacher from each mandal.

   • Focus: Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance

6. Mandal/Complex Level:

   • Target Institutions: Government, Local body and Model Schools

   • Participants: Sanitation Personnel (engaged under School Facility Maintenance grant)

   • Focus: Toilet Cleaning and Maintenance

Requested Actions

• Identify District Resource Persons (DRPs) for the State Level training program and depute them to the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad as per schedule.

• Conduct district level training for sanitation workers in their respective districts as per the schedule.

• Furnish necessary proposals to the concerned Principal DIETs for the release of budget required for the district level trainings.

• Ensure effective conduct of the training and report compliance.
